Questions most businesses can't answer off the top of their head

Managed IT

What are you actually paying per user for IT support?

And what's included? Many plans bill extra for projects, after-hours work and "out of scope" jobs.

Telco

When did your phone and internet contract last get reviewed?

Or did it quietly roll over? Plans, speeds and prices move every year. Old contracts don't.

Print

Is your printer lease costing more than the printing?

Minimum page volumes, end-of-term fees and toner pricing add up across a fleet.

Accountability

Who do you call when the internet drops?

If your IT provider blames the telco and the telco blames IT, you're the one stuck in the middle.

Security

Could your provider show you your backups working today?

Monitoring, patching and tested restores should be routine. Insurers increasingly ask for proof.

Your time

How many sales meetings did the last change take?

Comparing quotes that aren't like-for-like is slow, tiring work. That's the part we take off your plate.

Questions

Before you ask

Do I have to change providers?

No. Sometimes a review confirms your current provider is the right fit, or gives you what you need to renegotiate.

Do I have to meet every provider?

No. We handle the tender and the first round of conversations. You only meet the shortlist.

What do you need from me to get started?

About an hour for the discovery meeting, plus recent invoices and contracts for the services you'd like reviewed.

Can you look at just one area, like telco?

Yes. Review one category or all of them. Many businesses start with whichever contract ends first.

Where do you work?

We're based in Ballarat and work with businesses across regional Victoria.

Can you help us buy hardware?

Yes. We source quotes from several suppliers, check specs and warranties, and coordinate delivery with your IT partner.
